Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RecoveryMRR website and the RecoveryMRR Stripe App (together, the "Service"), operated by RecoveryMRR ("we", "us", "our"). By installing the app or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RecoveryMRR connects to your Stripe account and automatically sends dunning (payment-recovery) emails to your customers when a payment fails. You configure the sender details and may optionally supply your own email-sending API key. You are responsible for the content you configure and for ensuring you have the right to email your customers.

2. Your account and responsibilities

• You must have a valid Stripe account and the authority to install apps on it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the sender name, support email, and other settings you provide.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Stripe's terms, anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR where applicable), and your customers' rights.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys you provide.

3. Fees

The Service is offered on a flat subscription of $99 per month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app or contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current period. Upon cancellation we stop sending emails on your behalf.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant any specific recovery rate or revenue outcome. Statements about recovering "up to 50%" of failed payments are illustrative, not guarantees.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecoveryMRR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RecoveryMRR harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your configuration, the emails sent on your behalf, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or use it in a way that risks harm to us, your customers, or Stripe.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
